Eligibility

• Participants must be legal residents of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Oakville, Milton, and Burlington.

• Properties in Pickering, Ajax, and Whitby are excluded.

• Participants must plan to use Permacon products in their landscaping projects.

• Only one entry per household is allowed.

Entry Period

• The raffle entry period begins on March 7th 2025 and ends on March 16th 2025. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

Prize

• Each winner will receive a $500 design credit provided by Permacon toward a landscape design by Leo Landscape Design Studio (LLS).

• A total of 5 winners will be selected, with one winner announced every other day during the raffle period.

• The design credit will be issued in the form of a mailed cheque once the project is completed, provided that:

  The participant provides the completed design by LLS.

  The final project is constructed using Permacon products, with proof of use required (e.g., receipts or photos).

Winner Selection

• Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.

• Winners will be notified via email within 10 days of the draw.

Prize Conditions

• The design credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other services.

• The credit is applicable only for projects that use a minimum of 500 square feet of Permacon pavers and meet the eligibility criteria.

• Winners must schedule their design consultation within 90 days of notification.

• The project must be both designed and installed to qualify for the credit.

• Homeowners must provide installed project pictures and a product purchasing invoice to receive the credit.

• The design will be based on a consultation with the winner and will adhere to the guidelines provided by Leo Landscape Studio.

• The credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for other services.

• The credit will be issued by Leo Landscape Studio in the form of cash or e-transfer upon verification of project completion.

• Winners must redeem the credit within 12 months of the draw date.

Construction Responsibility

• Design services are for planning purposes only. Winners are responsible for the construction implementation and hiring contractors. Leo Landscape Design Studio (LLS) and Permacon are not liable for any construction-related issues.

Publicity

• By entering, participants agree that Leo Landscape Design Studio may use their name, image, and design for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Liability

• Leo Landscape Design Studio is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or any other matters beyond its control.

Privacy

• Participant’s personal information will be used solely for this raffle and will not be shared with third parties.

Email Collection and Marketing Consent

• By entering the raffle and providing their email address, participants agree to receive promotional materials and updates from Leo Landscape Design Studio.

• Participants may opt out of receiving these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the emails.

Amendments

• Leo Landscape Design Studio reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle at any time without prior notice.

Acceptance

• By entering the raffle, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
